Greetings all. My Spirits and Energy levels are humming along.
I am getting into the grove y’all. I feel confident in the way I eat. No complaints here. I have conditioned myself to accept that this extreme restricted eating is for a short period of time. I will benefit from the weight loss and at the end of the day that is why I am here. An added benefit is the feeling of peace I get as I continue to lose the weight. I am not distracted by things that folks at a “right size” don’t go through. For instance: clothing, clothing, and clothing. I now have bags of clothing that I can’t wear and I want to add to them. HA! They range in sizes 3x – large shirts and 50 -36 in pants. Can you believe it? Yikes!!!
Zero carb took me to a certain level and I am counting on alternative means to get me even further. Could I do this via strictly Zero Carb foods? Absolutely. Will I? I don’t know at this time. Have I said this before? I am sure I have. HA! Actually I like the mix of food that I am eating at this time. I have had some minor challenges, but that’s OK. I will just move on.

Day 1 = (0.0) = 00.0 lbs loss current weight: 190.0 lbs (just starting)
Day 2 = (2.0) = 02.0 lbs loss current weight: 188.0 lbs (nice)
Day 3 = (1.6) = 03.6 lbs loss current weight: 186.4 lbs (this is how we do it)
Day 4 = (1.8) = 05.4 lbs loss current weight: 184.6 lbs (lovely)
Day 5 = (1.2) = 06.6 lbs loss current weight: 183.4 lbs (interesting)
Day 6 = (1.8) = 08.4 lbs loss current weight: 181.6 lbs (oh, yeah)

OK not too bad, not too good. Can I give it back? Not in your life!!! All in all things are smooth. I am very happy and satisfied. I will be more happy and satisfied when I reach my goal. Will I stop there? Will I? I have to see. I have set a goal of 155 lbs at this time. Very low in my little mind, yet far from a BMI of 18.5. So there you are or is it here I am or WHATEVER! HA!
