Today was real interesting. I have a coworker that I go out to lunch with about twice a month. We hit the local Chinese buffet. He came by my office and wanted to see if I would join him for lunch. It was real hard telling him no. I passed a big test today. One of my biggest problems is that I like to eat just to eat. I dont have to be hungry at all. I am not sure if its carbs that set me off. I just know that when I go to places like buffets its hard to stop. I usually will eat at least three plates of food before I stop. It was hard to say no, but I did and I am really glad to dodge that bullet. I forgot to update my "current" weight on the little tracker below. I will try to remember that I can actually record some type of loss. That feels really good even if it is just a little weight at a time. After a week I am down 3.2 lbs. Its not what I expected, but I will take what I can get.
