2014 The 5 Bite Diet Day 3

Hello everyone, so far I have a steady downward trend for losing weight. It may not be much and I may gain or not lose weight in the short term. I am in this for the long haul. It is only a matter of time for things to be what they are going to be. Dave told me to just take it day by day and I appreciate that very much. It sounds real simple, but support and encouragement in whatever form is always good. So far I have been feeling as normal as possible except being hungry. Late yesterday I was really hungry, so I made half a pot of coffee and drank it slowly. After about two cups I felt better. I can only guess it was the caffeine. As soon as my stomach shrinks internally this amount of food should suffice. I just had enough meatloaf to make it another day. I will make a bunch of meatballs today for the rest of the week. I will continue to eat only zero carb foods because I feel that that way of eating will support me lifelong.
