Like I have said somewhat in the comment area, I had a really great Thanksgiving. Lots of company, lots of fellowship lots of love. I had family and friends over to join the celebration. I paced myself with all the cooking and yes I do all the cooking. I find it fun and relaxing. Some of the folks spent the night and the next day we had brunch (yes on Friday) at La Madeleine restaurant. I had a nice Bacon, Sausage and Cheddar Cheese omelet and a nice mug of plain black French Roast.
OK, I will address some discussion that went on the comment area. I did received a few emails from some folks a little ticked off too about the comments made by an individual about not just bulletproof coffee, but about (ZC) in general. Now to be fair the comments were not made here by that individual. A few folks I know reported to me about the comments. So what does Dave think about those comments? The comments about bulletproof coffee and just about anything else (ZC) that is not water and Beef. Well while I do not agree with those comments made by that person, I do feel that that person has all the rights to make them if he truly believes in them. I just hope he finds the answers he needs to make himself successful concerning his diet. The way we eat has a bigger effect on us than most may realize. It speaks volumes. So to him, my (ZC) brother I say go strict H20 and Beef, the fatter Beef the better. For you I guess that other perfectly fine (ZC) foods dont work. Hey thats OK. I am sorry that they dont. One final word to my (ZC) brother: LONG ASHES my Brother and Battle On!!!
OK, on to other things......... guess what I did this past Saturday? Yes, you guessed it, I went to the Texas Renascence Festival (for the second time this year), not only that. I went with one of my dear old friends that I recently have reconnected with. It was a blast, not only the fair, but the company of my friend. Speaking of "Long Ashes" we indulged in a very nice stogie called "Kuba Kuba" nice indeed!!! It is a Tea Leaf infused cigar. Wow what a great smoke and it is (ZC) to boot. HA!!! The joy of this particular friend is that he appreciates the a big aspect of the fair that I enjoy: The Music. Most folks I go with like the shows, but dont get into the period music or the unusual groups that play there. So this was a treat for me.
So alright then. Anyhow things are alright with me at the moment. My little brain continues to churn and burn and think of things near and far. So whats next? I dunno, I do know that I am I will be heading to the outdoor patio to enjoy a nice rich cup of Bulletproof Coffee and a nice Stogie. Hey life is good and it is only going to get better.
Have a Healthy Day my Friends and Family. Choices are always yours to make. Make the ones that will benefit you. No Regrets, No Sorrow. Keep the Faith and Always Battle On!!!
Words of Wisdom
Cheers,
Dave
