I did not have a weight loss today. Sometimes I wonder what would warrant that and then I tell myself to be patient and let the diet take over. So I will be patient and wait. I am happy that I have lost weight with very little effort other than change the intake of food. I dont have to drink expensive shakes or go for weight ins at some weight reduction clinic or buy their montage of pills. As long as I control my food intake I will be fine.
