Good day sunshine, good day sunshine, good day sunshine............... OK that song was on my mind. Is the TEXAS HEAT already getting to me? Dave ya might want to wear a hat or cap and protect that Oh So Delicate brain of yours! OK, who said that? Who indeed. HA! I thought I put those "voices" behind me and just when you think all is ....................... Teri was that you (aka Cyber Mom)?
OK, back to the subject which was............ was........... uumm, it was actually not established at this point, but just give me a second or two or three or............... yes I know how to count. Amazing isnt it. HA!!!
I think the caffeine has kicked in yall. I dont know about anyone else, but I really enjoy my morning coffee. I mean I REALLY ENJOY MY MORNING COFFEE!! Have I mentioned that I like coffee? It like took me forever to drink it black without anything added to it. Back in the day I would load it up with flavored syrups with or without sweeteners and load it up with half and half or heavy whipping cream. Jeez it was more like a desert than anything else lol!!! Jeez I wonder why I was weighing 280 FREAKING POUNDS? Incredible!!!
Since you brought up coffee, thank you very much, I am thinking of making one of my "5 bite meals" bulletproof coffee. For those who dont know what that is I will explain. Do you have a couple of hours? Actually it is very, very simple, hey that is right up my alley, and fast to make. Anyhow I have not made it yet, but this is my version of it when I finally do.
The Recipe: (not from "The Waltons")
Ingredients
1tbs to 3tbs of Kerrygold grass-fed butter (according to taste).
1 mug of hot coffee brewed
#1 Make coffee: Brew coffee as you normally would.
#2 Pre-heat blender: Boil extra water and pour it into a blender while your coffee brews to pre-heat the blender. Make sure your blender can tolerate the heat.
#3 Froth: Empty hot water from the now pre-heated blender and add the brewed coffee, butter. Blend until there is a thick layer of foam on top like a latte. A Blend-tec or Vitamix blender will do it quickly, a normal countertop blender takes longer, and a handblender works ok if you dont have a real blender.

This what it is. It has been suggested to me that my bite size may be too large. I think that is spot on. That being said, I will continue with what I am doing for now. Decrease is a possibility, but not at the moment. I will take this for the rest of the week and see where it goes. I have nothing but time. I am not desperate and the rate of loss for me is OK if not Great.
Have a Healthy Day my Friends and Family. Decision are always in your hands.
Todays Menu: Black coffee, H20, Seltzer Water, Smoked Chicken with jalapeno sauce and Chinese Pork Won tongs.
Rising to the TOP
Cheers,
Dave
