5 29 2012 The 5 Bite Diet Day 15

Greetings Friends. My Spirits are lifted. My Energy is good.

First of all a big THANK YOU  for those who commented so wonderfully in the comment section of the last post. It was really touching. I really do mean it from the bottom of my Heart. I really did not know what to expect. Maybe no comments at all, I dont know. I almost did not want to post at all. Today is no exception. More good news? No not really. I just dont understand what is happening to me.

I had a relapse of the Cellulitis. It began Saturday night with just some pain in my right foot. The pain escalated on Sunday with a little swelling. Yesterday it began to swell even more and the skin began to turn pink. I had some of the Meds for the inflammation left over from last time and started to take it Sunday night. I saw the Doctor this morning and told her about my diet and she said that she could not see a relation to my illness. She referred me to a specialist. I will see him tomorrow morning and see what happens. I am really tired of this and want some relief.




Results thus far:

Day 01 = (0.0) = 00.0 lbs loss current weight: 190.0 lbs (just starting)
Day 02 = (2.0) = 02.0 lbs loss current weight: 188.0 lbs (nice)
Day 03 = (1.6) = 03.6 lbs loss current weight: 186.4 lbs (this is how we do it)
Day 04 = (1.8) = 05.4 lbs loss current weight: 184.6 lbs (lovely)
Day 05 = (1.2) = 06.6 lbs loss current weight: 183.4 lbs (interesting)
Day 06 = (1.8) = 08.4 lbs loss current weight: 181.6 lbs (oh, yeah)
Day 07 = (1.2) = 09.6 lbs loss current weight: 180.4 lbs (keep it coming)
Day 08 = (0.4) =  10.0 lbs loss current weight: 180.0 lbs (Battle On!!!)
Day 09 = (0.8) =  10.8 lbs loss current weight: 179.2 lbs (Yo!)
Day 10 = (0.8) =  11.6 lbs loss current weight: 178.4 lbs (OK?)
Day 11 = (1.0) =  12.6 lbs loss current weight: 177.4 lbs (OK part 2)
Day 12 = (1.2) =  13.8 lbs loss current weight: 176.2 lbs (OK part 3)
Day 13 = (0.8) =  14.6 lbs loss current weight: 175.4 lbs (Jeez)
Day 14 =(+4.0) = 10.6 lbs loss current weight: 179.4 lbs (Just Shoot Me)
Day 15 =(+0.4) = 10.2 lbs loss current weight: 179.8 lbs (Hold the Line!!!)


I still feel strong about the 5 Bite Diet. It works, I know. I have experienced and I know someone who has been very successful on it without complications. Not great on the scale today, but I have been.......... lets say (without getting graphic) "backed up" for a couple of days. So I hope to have an "OUTCOME" sometime today. I do feel rather swollen. I can always tell when my rings become tight around my fingers. These rings normally are so loose that I have to keep an eye on them or they will slip off. Now they are like little handcuffs.

I have been thinking really hard about this diet and that I need to step it up by combining it with ZC for the rest of the 30 days. I think this will give me a boost physiologically. The Bulletproof Coffee will fit right in. Today will be a mix bag. Tomorrow I put my plan into action.

I am not quitting yall. I will Rise and Fight. I hear the call and will rally the troops to prepare for battle. There will be a wholesale onslaught. I plan to fight hard and fast. I will hit the enemy from all angles. I wont give them time to rest or regroup. The Line has been drawn. In this Battle No Quarter will be Given, so none with be Taken.
