I am finally over my hunger pangs for now. I had a really good day. It is getting really easy for me at this point. I hope I can keep this up. I have to concentrate my efforts on things besides food. It is almost like dropping a bad habit. Of course I am speaking figuratively. Eating is of course one of the most important thing in life. Meals at work are really simple and it takes me no time at all to eat it. I jut basically gobble it down. Sometimes I eat a little slower at home to savior the flavor. I believe in the 5 bite diet book it says just to eat your meals quickly if I remember right. For now fast or slow does not make a difference for me. One other note is that I dont feel any energy drain. I have not done any exercise nor do I plan to do so. I just walk and sit. My job is behind a desk with occasional walking, but to no great extent. I still have enough meatballs for the rest of the week. I may just make some crumbled ground beef after that. Thats it for now.
