These past few days have been a little hectic in my personal life. Nothing to do with the 5 bite diet so I wont go into any detail. I like to keep my personal life private. Anyway the diet is going really good. I did expect a greater weight loss at this point, but I will take what I get. I feel pretty good for the most part. Today I did feel a little tired. My energy did not seem normal. I did a lot of work at home yesterday and I did plan on doing some today, but I chose to rest instead. I know I am not consuming much food and food is energy. I thought my body fat would help make the difference up, but it not completely give me what I needed. No matter, so far so good and I will continue with the 5 bite diet unless I feel that it is harming my health and at this point I am confident that it will get me to where I need to be.
