2014 The 5 Bite Diet Day 7


Today starts day 7 and I am exited that I have been able to control my eating for this long of a period without cheating. I did expect a bigger weight loss at this point. I wont focus my energy on that subject. I just want to celebrate the time that I have been on the diet and that I am more than willing to carry on with it. Tomorrow I only have enough meatballs for lunch and then I will eat a small ground beef patty for lunch or maybe some crumbled beef. I am not sure about it right now. So far at work nobody has really noticed anything. I am pretty low keyed and usually eat at my desk. I am sure lots of people can relate to that. One not so important note on my morning coffee fast is that I came across an old brand of coffee that I never tried before called Chock full oNuts. It was $3 off so I tried it. It was really pretty good. It is a little strong, but good.
