5 17 2012 The 5 Bite Diet Day 3


Greetings Friends, my Spirits and Energy levels are great.

I am feeling rather good today. Things are clicking along. Todays post will be short as I have a ton of things to do. I do want to mention that we have a sorta new member CAT!!! Well she has posted a lot of comments, but she had a hard time joining for some reason. She emailed me and we worked out what she was doing worng. So Welcome CAT!!! Just a few more to get on-board.



Anyway I am feeling good if not great. Lets see where this takes me. You can watch from cyber space. Will he succeed or will he fail? Hey I want to know too! HA!

Results thus far:

(Please let me know if I mess up on my math below, I might add or subtract incorrectly)

Day 1 = (0.0) = 00.0             current weight: 190 lbs (just starting)
Day 2 = (2.0) = 02.0 lbs loss current weight: 188.0 lbs (nice)
Day 3 = (1.6) = 03.6 lbs loss current weight: 186.4 lbs (this is how we do it)

Todays Menu: Black coffee, H20, Seltzer Water, Andouille Sausage and Supreme Pizza.(I am loving this)
