Day One Lost 0 8kg

Hey peeps. Time to update my first day of the diet.
However, there are certain things I want to clarify. 

I did not follow the diet plan AT ALL
Well, I wanted. It wasnt because I was too hungry and cannot take it.
It was because my mother did not allow me to starve. So Im just going to write out what I ate yesterday. And oh. My weight was taken in the morning today, 23 Aug 2012, because that is when I will feel lighter because we burn some calories during our sleep?  

22 Aug 2012s diet:

Breakfast 7:40AM - A small bowl of lean meat porridge. 
- Its not much calories. Probably around 200 cal.

Lunch 1:45PM - A small bowl of plain white porridge; Steamed Kurau Fish; Brassica Vegetables (Bok Choi) 
- Total amount of calories estimated: 224 cal.

Dinner 6:00PM - 1/4 cup of rice. Lean meat fried tofu. Steamed Fish. Vegetables (ShangHai Qing)
- Total amount of calories estimated: 300cal.

Total amount of Calories taken on 22 Aug 2012 = 724cal .


23 Aug 2012 6:40AM, I lost 0.8kg.

Its 6:43PM now and Ive just finished my dinner and I had it recorded down on an app called: Calorie Counter & Diet Tracker.

After youve downloaded it, it should be named as MyFitnessPal. 
You can set your net goal for each day, which is also your target calories consumed each day to lose to your ideal weight. For me, it state there for me eat up to 1200 calories each day. 

In order to be more specific on what you eat, how much calories are there in them, just add whatever you eat into your daily diary. There will be calories already stated there, well of course you have to choose whichever is similar to what youve ate. Like for example you ate plain white rice and you went to add fried rice, of course the difference is quite big.

You could also add what kind of cardiovascular you do on that day and the calories that you burned from the exercise adds back to your net goal. For example, you ate a total of 600 calories for breakfast and lunch so you left 600 calories to take in for that day. Before dinner you did an exercise, for example, swimming laps for 1 hour, freestyle, light/moderate effort, you burned 462 cal, it adds back to your remaining calories for the day. 600 + 462 = 1062 cal. It basically means that you can consume another 462 cal of food since you burned it. You could also be doing exercise related to strength like Abdominal Crunches, Hack Squat and Hyper Extensions etc. 

Other than all these, there will be a section where you can write your Food Notes and Exercise Notes. 
You could also record your weight everyday and measure the lost or gained in weight. 

Im sort of promoting that app right now hahaha. (:
Well its just for people like who wants to lose weight.
Nevertheless, if you want to gain or maintain weight, you could also use it to track your calories counts so as to reach your ideal weight.
