It looks like I am off to a good start. Dave told me that I may lose some water weight and my gut might be emptying out and not carrying the same capacity so not to get excited at first with the weight loss until a few days. Yesterday was a little hard. I got hungry early, but I waited latter in the day to eat lunch. I drank water and black coffee for my morning fast. I then ate my 3 oz of meatloaf. I felt good for awhile then the hunger came back. I did not eat again until latter that day. I survived. This diet is not for the meek. You have to be committed to it and I am. I need to get through these next several days and then I feel that I will be alright. Same menu today and maybe tomorrow or I will make some simple meat patties or meat balls. I am sticking with zero carb foods because I want to stay on zero carb after this and I feel I get the most benefit from this food.
