5 18 2012 The 5 Bite Diet Day 4


Howdy y’all! My Spirits and Energy levels are on the up and up.

TGIF yes!!! I just love Fridays!!! The restaurant? No not really. Well I guess their OK if you like that kind of stuff I rather just go to………………….. OK Hoss, you got a little off the subject there son or did !? I love Fridays because I get wear jeans to work (Yeee-Haaa). Sorry, Texans are just like that if you know what I mean. Also I get a couple days off to feed the chickens, slop the hogs, plow the lower 40 and so on. Right? Yeah right. HA!!! No I am just a “City Slicker” yes indeed what can I say?


This weekend is going to be a nice relaxing time for me. I want to work in the yard and garden. I will do it at a nice pace. So there it is. Oh I think I was supposed to post something about losing some weight or something. Right? Right indeed!!!

Results thus far:

(Please let me know if I mess up on my math below, I might add or subtract incorrectly)

Day 1 = (0.0) = 00.0             current weight: 190 lbs (just starting)
Day 2 = (2.0) = 02.0 lbs loss current weight: 188.0 lbs (nice)
Day 3 = (1.6) = 03.6 lbs loss current weight: 186.4 lbs (this is how we do it)
Day 4 = (1.8) = 05.4 lbs loss current weight: 184.6 lbs (lovely)

So things are looking good and I am feeling great. I am pleased so far and I can see it only getting better. Same old song? Sure, why not? I rather like that tune myself. HA!!! So it is all roses right now or is it? I always keep in mind that roses may have thorns. I will do my best to avoid the thorns and move on. BTW glad to see you here Taylor welcome to my little hole in the wall lol!!!
