I am almost two pounds down. I feel pretty good, although I am still feeling hungry between meals. Its getting a little better, but I cant wait for the hunger pangs to go away completely. I ate five small chicken wing segments that I backed. They were pretty plain. I made a batch of meatballs. just a little salt, onion powder and garlic powder. I will eat that for my dinner. I think doing this diet with zero carbs foods will help cutout all my cravings for sweets. I know some of you will do this diet with candy bars and thats OK if that is what you are looking for, but for me this will be a change for life. I feel for myself that I can not control sugar intake no matter what form it is in. Good luck for anyone else out there doing the 5 bite diet.
