6 25 2012 Supplemental Home On the Range

Howdy yall! Spirits and Energy levels are good.

Sorry for the delay, but time is extremely sort right now. Real sort. I like all the suggestions given. Yet, I most likely can not comply at this time.

OK, I owe Pro(ZC)ac a response. For now I will mainly focus on Zero Carb...... for now. Fat? Well let me tell ya I just made the old standby: Fatty Beef Brisket. Yes, I did! I will not weigh myself at all during this time. I am a little sick of the scale at this point. Will I use it again? O hell to the double yes!!! Just not now.



I wont be doing a daily post or even an every other day post for now. That being said I will more than likely start to post more often next month (just around the corner). I will delay another "30 day challenge" until September or October. Why? Because I just want to wait and see how I am doing on Maintenance. This could change to an earlier time, but for now it will stand........... maybe........... HA!!!

I envy you Pro(ZC)ac and those of you who have it under control. I want the day that the scale goes out the door for good. I am not there yet. I will be, just not at this time. I really enjoy my time here posting and responding. I just dont have that kind of time right now. Will I disappear??? Will I fade away??? No way.

I am still Experimenting and trying to figure what works for me. I have whole other horizons to explore, many other adventures to experience and I do want to share. That should be obvious by now for those who read my posts regularly or who have searched and read the archives.

I will be around, that I promise. Right now is just not the best of times. This wont last forever and things will be different someday sooner or later. I have so much more that I want to do............ did I already mention that?

Thanks for all the emails of support and concern. It is really touching. I appreciate that and I want sent a big THANK YOU to those of you who took the time and effort to do so.
