I have been tweaking the blog: I have a winter theme, because it is getting hot down here and I want to keep cool. HA! I adjusted the font size a little larger because I am getting too old and I dont want to increase the prescription on my reading glasses. HA!!part 2. I updated the BMI chart tab with more information and charts and an interesting article. Well, .... I ....... I think thats it. No, it does not sound like a lot, but at least for me, it takes awhile to find all theses thing and get it done.
Anyhow I am doing great. Eating is getting easier. Co-workers just cant imagine that I a eating so little and wondering how I do it without complaining. I guess I could complain, but what good would that do? But, then again what would I complain about? I do get urges to eat more. I know it is just out of habit. Have I ever mentioned I love to eat? Yes, that again. Thats OK. I am determined to make this happen.
I am really enjoying my coffee today. Have I ever mentioned that I love coffee. OK then. I think I am hearing echos lol!!! Ya know I have gotta say that I do love meat. I have been Zero Carb for almost two years and meat played a big role for me. All my first meals of the day will be some kind of meat for the most part. Why? Because I love meat. No other reason than that. Since I can eat anything I want. I chose meat.
Now I do have plans to very soon make my famous Barbacoa (beef cheek) Omelet with Gouda and my almost famous Jalapeno sauce. This combination is pure heaven to me. The same combination with an easy over egg is delightful too. Its all in the jalapeno sauce, cheese and the unique taste of the beef cheek.
So how much is five bites? Get a fork. Stick it into your favorite food. Plop into your mouth. Now repeat four more times. There you go. That simple, that easy. Just dont short change yourself. Get a nice fork or spoonful of the dish in front of you. I give lessons by appointment really cheap. I only charge 5 bites. HA!!!

Day 1 = (0.0) = 00.0 lbs loss current weight: 190.0 lbs (just starting)
Day 2 = (2.0) = 02.0 lbs loss current weight: 188.0 lbs (nice)
Day 3 = (1.6) = 03.6 lbs loss current weight: 186.4 lbs (this is how we do it)
Day 4 = (1.8) = 05.4 lbs loss current weight: 184.6 lbs (lovely)
Day 5 = (1.2) = 06.6 lbs loss current weight: 183.4 lbs (interesting)
So there it is for all the world to see. Well at least a couple of folks. HA! I am moving along to beat of my own drum via the tune of The 5 Bite Diet. So far, so good. I have no complaints at all. I cant wait to reach my goal or can I? Yes, yes I can.
